   Stone columns capped with concrete ball pediments at ends of low circular stone wall. Pediments show staining. Flowering plum trees in lawn beyond wall. Notes: The Hill Fountain was near Hillcrest Avenue below the Japanese Overlook Garden. The walled surround appears in the 1914 compton Atlas with a circular grass walk in center. The Pool was demolished circa 1972 and fountain moved to Rose Garden.
