Handwritten note [original] to Mr. Haywood from L.R. asking who E.M. was who published article in Ambler Gazette on Sept. 27, 1906. I find no references to the Springfield mill in publications of Montgomery County Historical Society, but I do have a collection of newspaper clippings relating to the property [articles by Edward Matthews].
